thevee-cee is an AI-powered matchmaking platform that connects founders, investors, and service vendors. We provide tools including AI chat, company profiles, investor discovery, and a vendor marketplace.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data in bulk without permission
• Use the AI chat for purposes unrelated to the venture ecosystem

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on thevee-cee is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit (company profiles, messages) but grant us a licence to display and process it for platform operations.

6. Marketplace

The vendor marketplace connects buyers with service providers. thevee-cee facilitates connections but is not a party to transactions between vendors and buyers. Disputes should be resolved directly between the parties, though we may assist where possible.

7. AI Services

Our AI chat and matching features are provided as tools to assist your decision-making. AI-generated responses are informational only and should not be taken as financial, legal, or investment advice. Always conduct your own due diligence.

8. Limitation of Liability

thevee-cee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from investment decisions, vendor engagements, or reliance on AI outputs.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
